Workshop B: Understanding BRIC travellers

This workshop will present highlights of recent TFWA research on the expectations and perceptions of travellers from the BRIC nations. What does the research tell us about what these travellers want and where the current airport offer succeeds and fails? And what are the implications for Middle Eastern duty free & travel retail in particular?

Research will be explored by Counter Intelligence Retail Managing Director Garry Stasiulevicuis, with comment and reaction from Gebr Heinemann Executive Director Peter Irion and Imperial Tobacco Group Trade Marketing & Category Development Manager Global Duty Free Simone Horn.
