The company’s success story starts with Leonidas Kestekides, a Greek confectioner, who fell in love with chocolate and his Belgian wife Jeanne. Together they opened a tea room in Ghent and a couple of years later, Leonidas and his nephew Basilio moved to Brussels. Rapidly LEONIDAS became the preferred Belgian chocolates.

The ingredients of their success? All chocolates are exclusively crafted in Belgium, made with high-quality ingredients, 100% pure cocoa butter, no palm oil, resulting in superior Belgian chocolates, affordable to everyone.

To this day, Leonidas still uses its know-how and passion to create pure chocolate pleasure in more than 40 countries worldwide.
